Kitchen Appliance Maintenance Manager


URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR KUWAIT
Our client is a leading and well-established group of companies specialized in luxury building materials and high-end architecture products, with extensive experience in providing complete architectural solutions characterized by unique quality and design attributes. The company’s showrooms, factories and storage facilities are located across the Gulf in Kuwait, UAE & Qatar.

Position: Kitchen Appliance Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities: 
- The candidate is responsible for managing After-Sales Maintenance Department’s resources to deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop & implement After-sales services department strategy in line with company strategy to achieve Service Excellence
- Participate in developing and implementing organization-wide customer service objectives and policies
- Plan, organize, direct and control departments resources (human, technical, tools, partnerships, etc.) to meet and exceed planned business objectives
- Review all service related information and reports and perform required analysis to take corrective action and/or plan for improvements
- Ensure all department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved
- Act as technical advisor for on hand products by providing reports on products’ technical and quality issues to the commercial department, to be considered as inputs while dealing with supplier/product selection/continuation
- Ensure department operations are conducted in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Management System at all times
- Maintain and continuously improve operational processes to ensure all customers’ and internal departments’ requirements are achieved
- Train and improve service staff for their technical performance and ability to meet customers' needs for service satisfaction
- Allocate work to subordinates and ensure that subordinates are aware and familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Participate in the identification of training and development initiatives for all subordinates and ensure continuous on-the-job training and other learning intervention

Qualifications & Competencies: 
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 12 to 15 years' experience in after-sales maintenance services, out of which at least 5 years of experience in managing after-sales maintenance services within a reputable organization with major international suppliers
• Good command of English language, Arabic language is a plus
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office, ERP system, MENA ME and CRM system
• should have good technical knowledge, problem solving ability, and should be customer oriented
• Previous GCC experience is preferable 
• Flexibility in working and coping with people's diversity 
• Has a " Can Do " attitude and willing to take on challenges 
• Nationality : Egyptian / Any
