URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR KUWAIT
Our client is a leading and well-established group of companies specialized in luxury building materials and high-end architecture products, with extensive experience in providing complete architectural solutions characterized by unique quality and design attributes. The company’s showrooms, factories and storage facilities are located across the Gulf in Kuwait, UAE & Qatar.
Position: Commercial Managers ( Sanitary & Ceramic, Wood and Marble )
Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchasing activities, Inventory management and Marketing activities for the whole group
- Oversee the companies' needs, handle daily business issues and recognize business opportunities
- Evaluate the complete product portfolio for the 3 markets (Kuwait, UAE & Qatar) in terms of size, price, margins, ... etc.
- Build and develop relationships and effective partnerships with suppliers
- Responsible for adherence of the purchase and inventory budgets to the overall financial budget of the company
- Conduct regular training for the retail and project sales team
- Develop and implement procedures and policies in accordance with management guidelines
- Prepare and present MIS and adhoc reports to management
- Represent the group in major trade fairs
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Masters degree in Business Administration (Sales and Marketing)
• Engineering Degree is a must
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in a comparable position in a medium size trading or contracting organization
• Strong presentation , communication and relationship building skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Should be very well versed with MS Office
• Good command of English language, Arabic language would be a plus
• Previous GCC exposure is A MUST
• Willing to relocate and travel as per business needs
• Flexibility in working and coping with people's diversity
• Nationality : Egyptian / Any
