Sales Manager – Showroom ( Retail )


URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR KUWAIT
Our client is a leading and well-established group of companies specialized in luxury building materials and high-end architecture products, with extensive experience in providing complete architectural solutions characterized by unique quality and design attributes. The company’s showrooms, factories and storage facilities are located across the Gulf in Kuwait, UAE & Qatar.

Position: Sales Manager – Showroom ( Retail )

Responsibilities: 
- Manage all departments in the showroom
- Supervise and direct activities done by the showroom sales staff for customer reception
- Manage the preparation and follow up of quotations given for customer orders and ensure that the system is updated 
- Ensure that order processes are executed properly by the sales officers
- Handle all customer related issues 
- Prepare monthly forecasts, sales, inventory levels and order points by analyzing previous periods' data and report to management
- Ensure that the necessary steps are taken for the upcoming store display change
- Conduct sales training, sales review, and provide sales support as needed to build individual and team success in a professional manner
- Add value to growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts
- Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, .. etc.)
- Assist in setting sales targets and budget development and monitoring
- Ensure complete and adequate documentation of procedures and completed tasks
- Hire, train, and coach the sales team
- Organize monthly staff meetings

Qualifications & Competencies: 
• Bachelors degree preferably in Management or related areas 
• A minimum of 7-8 years' experience with at least 5 years in a related industry
• Should be very well versed with MS Office and ERP System
• Entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills
• Creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities
• High level of problem solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment 
• Good command of English language, good command in both English and Arabic is a plus . 
• Previous GCC / ME experience is preferable
• Has a " Can Do " attitude and willing to take on challenges 
• Nationality : Egyptian / Any
