Position: Site Construction Manager
Location: Jeddah - KSA
Requirements:
- min 15 years of extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management aspects.
- reporting to the Project Manager.
- having good experience in GRP piping, installation, erection, and testing.
- the capability to lead a site field coordinators and supervisors.
- coordinate with others at site and suppliers.
- monitor activities in line with milestones.
- ability to optimize resources.
- ability to schedule activities at site with the assistance of the site team.
- ability to arrange a data base for the cost of installation to be used as historical data for future costing.
- improve reporting for internal and external reflecting critical paths, expected progress of work and highlighting difficulties.
- set a mechanism for optimizing resources (manpower, cranes, tools, scaffolding).
- estimate site project needs and establish mechanism to cope with contractual obligations.
Ability to apply and follow up QA/QC, HSE procedure for the operation.
- fluent in english.
