National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager is urgently required for Leading Cosmetic Co.

Responsibilities:
•Set overall sales plans and sales policies.
•Monitor the market to identify new prospects for all products’ sales.
•Reviews daily sales and collection reports, merchandising and stock shortages, and takes actions as necessary.
•Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution.
•Develops short term sales strategy and leads implementation to achieve company's business targets.
•Provides analytical support for pricing, forecasting, monthly sales for respective sales channel, including budgeting and developing tactical marketing and promotional plans.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
•Sales & Marketing diploma is preferred.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales field with a reputable FMCG or Personal Care company in Egypt.
•Minimum 3 years of experience as sales Manager.
•Very good command English and Arabic.
•Excellent computer skills.
•Very good management skills.
•Excellent good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
