Investment Manager at Ekuity Holding

Ekuity Holding is currently seeking " Investment Manager" to join the Investment Team.

Job Description:
• Monitor current portfolio investments and develop periodical monitoring analyses and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the management teams of portfolio companies.
• Support the management teams of portfolio companies by developing and participating in the development of business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
• Assess new investment opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Develop flexible financial models and perform ad hoc financial forecasting, analyses and modelling.
• Develop investment documentation including teasers, reports, memorandums, and presentations, that will support the investment decision-making process
• Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer

Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
• CFA or Masters is a plus
• 7-10 years of relevant experience with a renowned private. equity/Investment holding firm, investment bank, or financial advisory firm.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, oral and written is a mus.t
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
