- 5 - 7 years of Experience.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in supporting Windows 7 and 10 as well the upgrade to windows 10.
- Previous experience in supporting Microsoft Office 2007/20102013/ /2016
- Previous experience in supporting:
- IP phone systems
- Active Directory and Group Policies
- L1 Network Troubleshooting
- User data backups & transfers
- Switches & routers configuration.
- Previous experience in Hardware Inventory Control and Software License records.
- Previous experience in managing end-user hardware and software deployments through SCCM
- Previous experience in Anti-virus software installation and troubleshooting
- Respond to customer questions and problems in a timely and appropriate manner and keeps requestors informed on the progress of problem resolution.
Certification/Training:
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- ITIL
