Service Desk Engineer needed in UAE

Urgently Hiring Service Desk Engineer in Abu Dhabi for A full Government Bank (6 Month Contract) able to be extended. 

- 5 - 7 years of Experience. 

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in supporting Windows 7 and 10 as well the upgrade to windows 10.
• Previous experience in supporting Microsoft Office 2007/20102013/ /2016
• Previous experience in supporting: 
• IP phone systems
• Active Directory and Group Policies
• L1 Network Troubleshooting
• User data backups & transfers
• Switches & routers configuration.
• Previous experience in Hardware Inventory Control and Software License records.
• Previous experience in managing end-user hardware and software deployments through SCCM
• Previous experience in Anti-virus software installation and troubleshooting
• Respond to customer questions and problems in a timely and appropriate manner and keeps requestors informed on the progress of problem resolution.

Certification/Training:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• ITIL
