Lafarge Egypt is hiring: Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
● Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
● Apply and implement safety procedure and precautions for process team tasks in terms of energy isolation, work at height, near miss and any related safety issues.
● Daily analysis for production lines parameters by implementing tracking tools to apply process preventive rule and to evaluate kilns performance and to insure kilns stability, lower STEC & SEEC with corrective actions in case of deviation
● Regular following up AFR injection as alternative fuel or Raw material to maximize its positive impact on variable cost.
● Monthly analysis for production lines parameters and investigate gap analysis form targets especially for thermal and power consumption.
● Implement Process checklist for production lines, critical sensor schedule and evaluation.
● Conduct kilns audit within a well-defined work schedule.
● Guarantee of following up and high running hours and maximum benefits from the HLC.
● Initiate RCAs for process related issues on meeting the criteria for such events.
● Asses new projects in terms of accountability, stability, logic profile and troubleshooting assessment.
● Responsible for updating operation parameters hand to hand with other departments for achieving targeted KPIs.
