Qualifications
4+ years' of professional accounting experience
Very Good English
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Previous work Experience in software house is preferred
Responsibilities
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax filings (e.g., VAT, income tax) and support audits by providing necessary documentation
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Experience in dealing with social insurance office
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure accurate and timely delivery of audit requests
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
