Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Engineering is a must
2. Excellent at handling escalations.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Experience in managing handover processes and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Solid understanding of technical solutions and ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
6. 2-4 years of experience as a CRM and/Handover Engineer for real estate developers.
7. Perfect command of English
