Finance Manager at NRP

NRP is looking for a "Finance Manager":

Administrative Responsibilities:
Managing the direct reporting Finance department and its work flow under the administrative control of the NRP management.
Responsible to keep management informed on all matters concerning the above department.
To implement NRP policies and procedures and bring to the attention of CFO any issues or deviations.
Identifying gaps / areas that lack policies / procedures and address these gaps in coordination with CFO and submit to NRP management for review and approval
Monitor & coordinate the management of purchasing procedure and process including the development of purchasing system, ensuring all activities are carried out consistent with the approved financial policies & procedures.
Management and control of fixed assets
Review of Collections and payments and to ensure that they are allocated accurately by monitoring and analyzing monthly cash flows.

Functional Responsibilities:
Submit the Monthly Financial Statement & the music label P&L to CFO by the 5th of each month
Ensure the submission to CFO of the financials report on time.
Monitoring the cash on hand and perform a documented surprise physical count to be reported to CFO
Build a second and third line in the department
Keep track to all kind of contracts and ensure that the company is in compliance with the contracts and monitor the renewal of them.
Ensure that the company is in compliance with the tax regulations for Payroll, withholding tax and any other types are applicable on the company and make sure that the tax and social insurance payment on time.
Review of accruals for all realized and unrealized commitments within the financial statements
Prepare the cash projection of the company and to be submitted to CFO on a weekly basis (Thursday) and to update it monthly.
Monitor the AR aging and report for any slow/ bad payer 
Follow the legal report for any financial implications.
Responsible for appointment of external auditor to finalize the company FST before the dead line of submission (March 31)
Prepare the required analysis for External auditor, tax authority, banks, and any other outside party.

Job Qualifications:
An exceptional knowledge of a specific division of underwriting criteria, premium computations, company policies, and management techniques. Good oral and written communication skills; the ability to independently make accurate underwriting decisions and analyze risk.
Administrative ability and work under pressure.
Strong Deadline orientation.

Job requirements:
Graduate with Accounting as major, professional qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA etc)
Minimum 5 to 7 years of post qualifications experience in similar role
Ability to identify, evaluate and implement accounting and business software
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic an advantage
Good in self correspondent & drafting report
