Senior Corporate Lawyer with business acumen who can act as a business partner
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Corporate governance.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts and commercial agreements.
• Legal research and draft legal opinions.
• Draft analysis of new laws and their impact on the business.
• Pre-litigation negotiations and settlements.
• Provide legal assistance to various departments.
• Compliance related matters.
• Deal with governmental authorities when needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
• Education:
Faculty of law, English section. Preferably a master's degree.
• Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial companies
Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
- Computer skills.
- Legal drafting and business writing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
