Etmana is Hiring now a logistics coordinator for Egypt .
Job Responsibilities:
Managing day to day operations for eCommerce shipments creation & order Management.
· Monitoring daily opened orders, working with our internal teams, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to quickly resolve delivery exceptions and deliver orders on time.
· Work closely with CS Team, commercial team, and Shipping Services Suppliers to support smooth and efficient operations.
· Support & collaborate between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Internal Logistics, Shipping Carriers, and IT Teams.
· Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory requests.
· Organize e-commerce transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
· Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
· Execute logistics daily & monthly plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
· Support in customer enquiries and returns providing support with shipping, in case of any delays or courier service errors, lodging investigations with courier services in case of loss, ensuring returns terms and conditions are observed.
· Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Bachelors’ degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.

Experience:
· Min 2 years of experience in in order fulfillment, e-commerce, and sales.

Knowledge:
· In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
· Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management methodology.
· Experienced in online Platform business.
· Geography and location knowledge.
· Good knowledge of both Inbound and outbound logistic best practices.
