Responsibilities:
• Source qualified calibers as per job requirements to ensure hiring the best talent on time.
• Response job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
• Maintain Employee's files, documents & paperwork
• Keep up to date with employment laws and regulations.
• Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
• Processes company's payroll every pay period.
• Adding fingerprint and personal data to new employees on the attendance system and deleting the resignation
• Adding the attendance transactions of employees on time attendance system
• Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers
• Issue social insurance form No.1 and form No.6
• Calculating the value of the Mandatory governmental payments monthly and yearly
• Ensure all probation period and contract renewal

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Must have experience more Than 1 years
• HR Diploma or HR certificate from a reputable center.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• V. Good Command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
