Job responsibilities:
* leads all business development efforts within the organisation, including the shaping corporate strategy ,development and implementation of business development strategies and activities.
* Assist customers and third-party partnerships with new opportunities.
* Prepare business plans and present necessary budgets to management or patients.
* Organize training plans to address these gaps within the organization.
* Keep sales strategies, business plans and PR strategies working effectively.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses and competitive assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
* spearheads business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities.
* leads business development activities through cross-function collaborations.
* assertive and insightful, and possesses strong business acumen that enables him/her to seek out new growth opportunities.
* keeps abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients' needs in order to pursue growth opportunities.
* maintains rapport with potential and existing clients, and networks extensively outside of the office to develop business relationships

* Bachelor degree of reputable university
* 10 years or more experience in business development management roles
* Hospitals and healthcare industry background is a must
* Proven experience in change management
* Business administration certificates preferred
* Good command of english
* Excellent strategic planning skills
* Selling and negotiation skills

* Leader ship skills
* Risk management skills
