Administrative Assistant is needed for Biogroup Company located in Water way.
Job Description:
Handle all requests & arrangements assuring all needed materials are available.
Issue marketing requests after reviewing invoices from tourism companies, & getting approvals & signatures on it.
Issue cover for team expenses & allowances, send it to HR & follow up with finance department.
Check weekly & monthly reports & consolidate them.
Manage mail & make a tracking sheet.
Handle shipments outside Cairo in coordination with warehouse & distribution departments till delivery.
Coordinate with vendors to provide needed materials.
Arrange technical interviews for managers.
Any other duties assigned from direct managers.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree of in relevant Discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in same position.
Good Knowledge of MS Office.
Good English Language
