"Talent Acquisition Section Head"
Recruitment Planning:
Ensure the achievement of recruitment needs as per the manpower plan
Work with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs and agree on timelines
Advise managers on best practices in recruitment and selection
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Communicate and ensure information flow within the recruitment team
Manage problems, concerns and challenges experienced during different phases of recruitment

Liaise with TA team for internal job postings, and evaluate internal candidates
Develop creative recruitment solutions and recruitment sources.
Maintaining contact with Universities locally.
Leading recruitment tasks
Coach all team members to deliver outstanding recruiting and staffing services
Manage relationships with business units ensuring excellent service delivery
Provide support on other HR projects as and when required
Financials
Participate in forecasting manpower requirements for the year in collaboration with the TA Manager
Team Management
To be involved in the recruitment process of own team members
Lead, engage and guide the team reporting to him/her

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Organizational design experience
HR certificate/Diploma is preferred
MBA is preferred.
Excellent command of the English language
Talent Acquisition Analytics
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
