Financial Manager is required for a big medicines Factory located in Al-Obour City.
* Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s vital functions and performance.
• Evaluate and advise the impact of long-range planning, introductions of new programs, strategies and regulatory actions.
• Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis and budgets financial reports and financial trends in order to assist CEO, board and other senior executives in performing their activities.
• Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline
• Continual improving of the budgeting process through managerial meetings on financial issues impacting department’s budgets.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
• Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
• Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts in to which the cooperation may enter.
• Evaluate finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group.
• Dealing with Banks and their needs to overlook all financial activities and report to CEO

* Requirements:
• +10 years' Experience in Financial Management.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analysis, data collection and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently.
• Holding either an MBA or CMA/CFM is preferred.
