Gourmet Egypt is hiring "Buying Team Manager "
Key Responsibilities;
· Prepare price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed contract.
· Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with suppliers step by step.
· Responsible for negotiations to ensure the best possible cost and developing "win-win" strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
· Monitor purchase orders to ensure that the goods are delivered on time and follow up on undelivered goods or problems
· Collaborate with other parties in case there is any problem to solve.
· Issue purchase reports reflecting the status of purchase orders even if they are ongoing or done orders.
· Tracking item's sales & profitability daily.
· Coordinates with the content team to ensure product image, description and availability are updated and accurate.
Authorizes payment of invoices and return of merchandise.
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
· Coordinate with vendors, handle billing/expenditures, and maintain stock of all supplies.
· Create progress analytical reports to evaluate supplier’s performance.
· Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality, etc., and determine the best choices.

Qualifications;
- Excellent Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Negotiations and analytical skills.
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff stakeholders, and suppliers
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Strong Time Management skills
- Food Retail experience is a must
- Excellent Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
