HR Business Partner at Marakez


Vacancy: HR Business Partner

Part of the Duties/Responsibilities:
-Update and maintain organization structure, job descriptions, and manpower plan & headcount sheets
-Contribute to the development and update of the organization structure
-Manage the recruitment process and perform interviews
-Ensure the development of employee surveys to measure engagement and satisfaction, and define improvement initiatives
-Assist in the development & implementation of the Recruitment strategy
-Develop a cost-effective recruitment plan based on the manpower plan
-Implement the competency-based interview system with department heads and work closely with them to ensure the development of required competencies through staff training
-Coordinate with departments that need staff to identify recruitment needs and timings in-line with manpower plan
-Perform an update of job openings on career website & social media
-Perform screening of CVs and shortlisting of candidates
-Develop offer letters, follow up with candidates, and answer queries about package and other related 
job offer information
-Coordinate the induction of new employees
-Assist in analyzing the feedback from employee satisfaction surveys and suggest engagement initiatives
- Take part in the Performance Appraisal Cycle
- Take part in the Budgeting Exercise
- Reporting & Analysis
- TNA and it’s implementation
- Handling & coordinating Employee engament events
 - Take part in the Internal Communications

Qualifications:
-5-7 years of experience in different HR functions
- Fluent English
-HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.)
- Previous Multinational or FMCG experience is a huge plus
- Solid knowledge of OD function
- solid experience in Manpower planning, cost optimization and Talent Acquisition
- Sucess track record in Employee engagement and employee relations
- Hands-on experience in Internal Communications
- Proficient Viseo user
- HR Operations Experience
-Thorough Understanding of Egyptian Labour Law and regulations
- Experience in Budgeting
- Oracle experience is a huge plus
- Previous experience in Performance Appraisals
