Baky Hospitality is seeking to hire "Reservations Supervisor" to join our team, with the below criteria:
- Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure reservation department are aware of availability, dry nights, high demand dates, special events etc.
. Answer incoming calls "reservations, confirmations, complaints and questions".
· Holds a reservation agenda and setup plan, follows up activating Guests' suggestions & complaints.
. Assist at night as Front desk/Reservations.

- Desired Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· A minimum of 3 years of work experience, F&B industry is a plus
· Very good command of English
