Gourmet Egypt is now hiring " QSR Manager".
Job Description:
1. Responsible to the F&B Director for the effective support of QSR.
2. Responsible for the achievement and assistance of a high standard of control and reporting within the Company.
3. Making sure staff are well groomed.
4. Controlling the overall atmosphere (music, temperature, lights, cleanliness, WC…)
5. Coordinating with the Kitchen of the bar for readiness.
6. Efficiently backing up Barista sand Chefs as needed.
7. Welcoming customers.
8. Implementing & controlling management decisions, policies and procedures.
9. Being the main link between the Bar and Kitchen with Head Office department heads.
10. Conducting regular spot checks on food and beverage to ensure compliance with Gourmet Egypt’s standards.
11. Supervising service and ensuring full customer satisfaction.
12. Being responsible of the cash control and shift accounts.
13. Control theft and wastage within the outlet.

Job Requirements:
1- At least 4 – 5 years Food and Beverage supervisory experience.
2- Excellent command of English.
