AREA EXPORT MANAGER is needed for immediate hiring

About the Job:
Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
Support in all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.


Job Description:
Building and collecting customers data, contact customers and offering them our products.
Negotiations about selling prices and payment term.
Analyzing customers’ requirements and trying to match in order to open new market.
Following new orders with production team in order to ship customers’ orders on specific time without delay.
Emailing customers, offering new production, material/products pictures as per production plan.
Aware of export documentation.
Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order until the products are sold & delivered.
Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
Develop a comprehensive business plan for export, target countries and expected profitability.
A constant search for new customers and opening new export markets and developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with customers and intermediaries from shipping companies, customs clearance and banks to ensure shipments arrive at customers on the agreed dates and to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract of payment.
Follow-up of all laws and regulations on export, whether inside Egypt or exporting countries.
Supervising the processing of samples required in coordination with the department of production and quality, and continues to send to customers on demand.
Visit the target markets periodically and organize the group's participation in the external exhibitions.
Prepares bids based on the company's policies and approval of the CFO and CEO
Negotiates with customers to determine the detailed conditions of the export agreements, and follows the commitment to the terms of contracts and maintain the rights of the company.
Periodic reports on export sales and future targets.
Studying the prices of products similar to the company's products in the local and foreign markets and raising recommendations to the administration to export the company's products according to the prices and the volume of supply and demand.
Skills

Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years experience in FMCG Export, FMCG is a must
Very good English speaking and writing.
Has the analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Very good in dealing with computer applications
Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Excellent level of communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Proven successful track record of managing businesses and teams.
Self – motivated & result orientation mindset.
