AP Accountant at Minka Development


Vacancy: AP Accountant
Department: Finance

Duties/responsibilities:
- Processes and records transactions.
- Researches and resolves account discrepancies.
- Obtains information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
- Prepares invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Records related parties’ transactions.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
- Reviews AR aging to ensure compliance.
- Assists with month-end closing.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate.
- Proficient in microsoft office.
- English very good
- Cairo residence only can apply
