Service Technical Head at Haier

Service Technical Head “Air Conditioning, Home Appliances & TV after sales service"

Responsibilities:
1. All product training & prepare the training Plan.
2. Technical support and advisor to both agents and technicians.
3. Preparing the FAQ & troubleshooting & Videos to support customer / technicians / agents.
4. Daily operation report, weekly and monthly major KPIs, reporting to Service manager.
5. Quality issue collection/ monthly quality report/ defective return analysis/ handing the defective units’/ Quality issue tracking and push to close/ defective units & defect parts collection.
6. Technicians matrix.

Key tasks:
1. Technical Training & Engineer Management.
2. Training Library.
3. Quality Managements.
4. Defective return management.

Requirements:
- Only Egyptians.
- Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering (is preferred).
- Clear military status.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the same function “is a must".
