Material Requirement Planner (MRP):

Job Description:
 Run MRP weekly, Develop Material Schedule for each Supplier
 Determine the required materials and generating its PRs.
 Ensure requirements are sent to the suppliers with in the most appropriate way and that the requirements can be met 

 Manage the material flow through weekly Orders and follow up materials deliveries to support the production line. 

 Run day to day material coverage reports to ensure material availability as per production schedule requirements
 Keep optimum inventory and safety stock on hand base on material stock policy
 Ensure that the ordered quantity matches with the warehousing capacity
 Monitor the imported materials by maintaining the sufficient inventory level
 Ensure Delivery of materials on time based on weekly Order
 Track production volume and monitor customer demand pattern
 Understand and manage risk to minimize its impact on MPS
 Monitor the BOM updates to manage inventory accuracy
 Monitor any changes in the planning data like Lead time minimum order shelf life

Job Requirements:
 Engineering Background
 From 3 to 5 years of experience at FMCG company
 High command of English
 Excellent knowledge of Excel
