IT Technical Support (4+ years of experience), with the following skills:
- Bachelor degree preferred in computer science / computer engineering;
- Microsoft certificates will be preferable;
- Well experienced in troubleshooting and high problem solving competencies;
- High level of communication skills across the organization; and
- Strong level of English skills.
