Requirements
• Proven working experience in recruitment and selection process in food & beverage and retails. (Head Hunting skills is a plus)
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems, databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Job Description
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Involved in develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, training and recruitment processes
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
