Responsibilities:
• Prepare the layout drawings and general arrangement drawings for piping works for any new and modification jobs.
• Prepare project drawings, piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID's), and complete them in 2D and 3D environments using the appropriate software.
• Check all drawings received from suppliers/consultants for comments and releasing for execution, in consultation with department head.
• Coordinate with project team for various ongoing jobs being done in-house and clarification of queries/ providing necessary support as and when required.
• Inform immediate superior from time to time of any deviations/abnormalities occurring within the area of responsibility and record them in the logbook for reference.
• Maintain record of as-built drawings for the factory.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in related industry
• Bachelor of mechanical engineering from a well known university.
• Professional certification in AutoCAD/PDMS/AVEVA E3D
