Senior Recruitment Specialist at EFS

Urgently required for a multinational Facility Management company (Egypt Office):
Senior Recruitment Specialist

Main Functions:
- Recruitment of new staff (blue collar 85% and white collar 15%).
- Develop and maintain sources and pipelines.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Schedule, conduct, and coordinate all interviews logistics.
- Maintain comprehensive records and analysis of Talent Acquisition activities.
- Develop and maintain retention strategies.
- Conducting and analyze exit interviews.

Basic Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of experience in Facility Management (Housekeeping – Hard Service).
- Solid awareness and connections with labor market and sources. 
- Bachelor degree (HR Diplomas is a plus).
- Solid command over English, MS Office
- Presentable, with excellent communication skills with all levels.
- Can handle pressure with professionalism.
