Main Duties:
Receive, analyze and classify tickets
Stay in active monitoring for the status of the tickets
Qualifications and Education Requirements
BA or BSc Degree
Fresh Grad Up to 1 year experience in customer service
Excellent telephone manner
Very good English – both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive nature and good initiative with the ability to solve problems
