GB Auto is seeking to hire Section Head Service control with the following Responsibilities:
• Review all expenses end of the month and assist business unit management in monitoring profitability
• Review daily income for each center for achievement budget
• Review all pending sales orders and support to solve and close it
• Review the performance of sales, expenses and manpower cost per locations
• Prepare the incentives for all employee and review the incentive policy
• Ensure all policies are implemented and all receivables are paid
• Prepare the new budget
• Make recommendations to management concerning budget, profitability and process improvement.
• Evaluate employees' job performance
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Commerce/MBA/business degree
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in an established company preferably with corporate standard
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite/Oracle
- Excellent command of English
