Office Admin is needed for Milkys company located in El Shiekh Zayed with the following
Job duties:
•Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
•Manage the daily work of office boys regarding discipline, cleanliness
•Assist team members in terms of office supplies and stationery.
•Plan and keep records of the company's stock of the office supplies, stationery, buffet supplies, and maintain enough stock.
•File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
•Follow up on the office boys' duties (cleaning, serving clients, office maintenance, .....)
•Manage drivers distribution plan & daily business trips.
•Creating reports for the office supplies and their cost to help with a better budgeting.
•Creating a database for different suppliers and getting the best offers that match our needs.
•Responsible for the readiness of the meeting rooms in and between meetings, making sure they are equipped with the needed stuff for internal and external meetings.
-Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree
1- 2 years of experience.
Dynamic with Excellent communication skills
Excellent English and Microsoft Excel
Resident in or nearby 6th of October or El Sheikh Zayed is preferred
