Job Requirements :
-Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources or related business fields.
-Alexandria residents only.
-Proven work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
-Previous work experience in the software industry is highly preferable.
-Recruiting for technical/engineering positions is a big plus.
-Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
-Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
-Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
