Responsible for:
-The management of spare parts assuring the posting of all movements and providing periodical updated inventory
-Liase on daily base with Technical dpt.,Transport section about equipment and material plans for delivering from/to warehouse,field,vendors
-Assure an updated inventory of company owned material
-To ensure that all materials movements are SAP posted and tracked
-To ensure that all materials transfer from/to location/contractors are correctly supported by good issue/receipt notes,delivery note,milling certificates and all documentation is supporting the material being duly filled and authorized.
-ensure that all HSE & Q requirements relevant material handling,lifting equipment and storage transportation are fully understood and met.
- Minimum 5 year experience in this position
Fluent English is a must .
