Le resident technical support engineer , with 0-2 years of experience, responsible for handling vip customer’s problems and technical support , with technical experience in ccna and bgp programs.
It customer support senior specialist, with 2-3 years of experience, responsible for , solve log and report production problems and implementing system updates with technical experience in data base, SQL , linux and java is a plus
