1- Ensure that each program/project is following the standard processes and using all related templates (taking into consideration the tailoring sheet if it exists) by conducting Process and Product QA audits as per the QA schedule for each program/project.
2- Prepare the QA Audit Non-compliance Report (NCR) and suggest corrective actions.
3- Ensure that the QA Audit Non-compliance Report (NCR) corrective actions are implemented by the defined due dates and escalate the status to the QA Director in case of any delay.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Computer Science or Computer Eng. minimum 3 years’ experience
• Responsible for auditing the process and procedures in alignment with GET corporate Quality systems across all the business units and country representatives.
• Experience in Audit techniques and CMMI Dev. is mandatory
• ISO 9001/ISO 27001/ISO 20000 knowledge is preferred
