Office Assistant for a Marketing Agency.

Responsibilities:

1- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
2- Managing filing system.
3- Recording information as needed.
4- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
5- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
6- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
7- Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed.
8- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements: 

1- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
2- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
3- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
