Primary Responsibilities:
• Handling all secretarial duties including mailing, filing, and other admin. work
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Screening telephone calls, and handling when appropriate.
• Arranging travel and accommodation requirements.
Required qualifications & skills:
• Good English language & Computer skills.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Presentable, Organized & committed.
