HR Manager at Next home

Next home for Real estate and development is looking for HR Manager

Requirements:
• 12 –15 years’ experience in Human Resources field 
• Experience in real estate is preferable
• Excellent Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
• Good command of English.
• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent MS-Office skills.
• HR Diploma is must 
• Excellent Leadership and decision maker Skills

Job duties:

1) Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
2) Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3) Creating, Developing, analyzing and updating Performance appraisal for the employees through Kpi's system bas
4) Maintaining , revising  and Update the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
5) Experience in dealing with ERP System 
6) Must have a great knowledge In the Egyptian Labor Law
7) Support the executive team to resolve organizational issues and improve communication between departments.
