Store officer
Will be responsible for all of the transactions between the production and the WH, using SAP system and WMS and Reporting to Finance manager
Duties:
Ensure timely receiving of Finish goods from the Productions to the store and dispatching of FG to distributes.
Oversee loading
Maintain work area and ensure security and safety of the warehouse
Plan daily requirements for manpower and equipment for covering orders dispatching and work squeeze.
Managing daily, monthly and quarterly (Via consultants) cycle count
Implementing WMS for FG store
Monthly store review for showing FG store performance
Managing write off with MOH
Managing Sales return from clients
Monitoring stock keeper’s performance
Managing out factory stores locations
Managing FG movements on SAP.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor or any relevant degree from a reputable university.
Exp: 4 to 7 years in WH in FMCG & MNC.
Using SAP system.
Context:
Working hours: 8.30 to 5.00
Days off: Fri & Alt Sats.
Work location: Factory 10th of Ramadan City – Egypt
