• Responsibilities:
- Engage with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Handle customer’s complaints on different social media channels.
- Report on social media engagements within the community.
- Monitor the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
• Requirements:
- The candidate must have at least 3+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients.
- Fluency in English.
