Dakahlia Group is seeking to hire Application Support Engineer
Company Industry: FMCG, Food Production, Retails
Work Location: Nasr City
Duties:
• Install, update, tune and diagnose both internal and third-party applications. Applications can include but not restricted to ERP, CRM, POS, IOT Applications
• Provides first level support for applications and software components
• Administer, resolve applications issues, perform root cause analysis, escalate to 2nd level support, maintain appropriate issues log for all solutions.
• Monitor and maintain application interfaces to ensure that the interfaces exchange data properly.
Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related experience.
• ERP Experience is a plus
• Knowledge of using Trouble ticketing tools is a plus
• Experience in supporting Applications under windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of DB concepts and relational DB model.
• Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, DB triggers, Stored Procedures.
