Job location : el sheikh zayed, al mohandessin
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the store Manager/ Team Leader
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Suggest ways to improve sales
• Maintain a safe and clean store to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for customers
• Count money and balance registers to complete transactions and maintain data
• Complete cash and credit payments at point of sale in an accurate and timely manner
Job requirements :
• Proven work experience as a sales representative from 1-3 years .
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
