Gabr Industrial Services (G.I.S) is hiring (Sales Support Engineer)
Responsibilities & Description:
• Evaluate received tender and inquires.
• Communicate with sub-suppliers to receive offers for required commodities.
• Review received technical offers from sub-suppliers and send clarifications if required and cost analysis.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers to clients.
• Provide required support to clients in the technical evaluation phase and send technical clarification (if any).
• Review clients purchase orders and update status.
• Feedback to sub-suppliers with our competitors’ prices for the last job to be considered for further jobs.
• Reviewing awarded orders and hand over to logistics department to issue POs to sub-suppliers.
• Prepare technical transmittal for client approval.
• Prepare project final databook.
• Follow up with clients’ status of issuing new tenders for running projects.
Qualifications:
• Female is preferable
• Nearby Heliopolis is a must
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics & Electrical)
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a sales support engineer
• Ability to work under pressure
• Communication skill
