Position: Business Development Section Head

- 8 - 10 years experience in the HR and Training field is a MUST 
- Location: Sheraton Heliopolis - Cairo 
- Working Conditions: 

80% outdoor
20% indoor

- Job Description:

- In cooperation with the MD, Set the targets (numbers and financials) for the sales activities of the organization.
- Responsible for selling all the business services and solutions of the company.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines in coordination with the financial team.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers in order to cross sell our services.
