Service Supply Chain Manager
Main purpose of the job:
- Spare Parts Management.
Key task areas:
1. Spare Parts Supply Management :
- ASCs credit control
- Set the forecasting criteria for material ordering and modify it if needed
- Monitor and manage the lead time of the different steps of the logistic cycle
- Provide the parts apply suggestions to ASCs
- Manage and control stock levels
- Customs Clearance handling
- OOW loan to sale applications.
2. Local RTC Management:
- Bad parts returns
- Reverse supply and scrap of bad parts
- Stocktaking and validation
- OOW pricing
3. GTM of new Products:
- Parts readiness and supply of new products
4. Follow NTRA/customs regulation:
- Monitoring and following any requirement or new regulations from NTRA/customs and transfer the requirement to responsible department.
- Negotiate and communicate with NTRA officers to assure smooth acceptance for after sale shipments.
Job Requirements :-
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealing in Customer Service.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who knows how to manage overlapping projects.
- Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Intermediate computer skills, excellent knowledge of MS office package.
- Ability to read and write English (needed for access to support materials).
- Ability to Set Priorities, as well as Manage own time and keep track of deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of consumer warranty terms and conditions.
Education:
- Preferred to hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering, major of communication or electronics, if not Bachelor Degree in business administration.
- 3+ years related experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, logistics or other analytical role is preferable.
