Sales Manager
Location: Heliopolis.
We expect you to
• Responsible for operating real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands and ensure it’s strong presence
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets through successfully managing our sales team
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of our sales team.
• Keep updated with the latest changes and shifts in the Real State market and aware of new products and competition status.
• Have excellent leadership skills and willingness to develop the team’s competencies;
• Have a professional experience: Not less than 7 years of experience in Real State at least 2 years in managerial position
