Operation Specialist
Job description:
1. Acknowledging and resolving customer Complaints.
2. Arranging meetings and scheduling appointments.
3. Solving problems and addressing any issues.
4. Managing the day to day tasks after activating client’s accounts.
5. Answering phone calls.
6. Keeping records of customers interactions , transactions and complains.
7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Job Requirements:
1-3 Years of experience in same position.
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good English language skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Work location : Helwan
Fixed salary + Good Bonus
