About the Job
1. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
2. Welcome customers to the show-room and answer their queries.
3. Meet individual and company sales targets.
4. Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
5. Represent and promote the brand with products and services at show-room.
6. Explain different customizable features.
7. Provide customer feedback to Head-Office
8. Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
9. Determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed.
10. Organize & handle all products in the show-room.

Job Requirements
• Experience: 2 - 4 years as sales associate must have retail experience
• Education: suitable/related university degree
• Age: 30 Max
• English: Good.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Sales skills, negotiation skills are a MUST.
• Has very good communication skills.
• Should be able to multitask as they have to manage a number of people
• Applicant for this position must be a highly motivated and self-initiated person with a positive attitude.
